An Phu Company Limited celebrates 35th anniversary (02/01/1989-02/01/2024), inaugurates Saigon Villas Hill project’s phase II and holds 2024 Customer Conference

An Phu Company Limited organizes a ceremony to celebrate the 35th anniversary since the establishment of the company (02/01/1989-02/01/2024), the inauguration of phase II of the Saigon Villas Hill project, and the Customer Conference for the year 2024.

The ceremony welcomed distinguished guests, including leaders and former leaders of the Party and the State, leaders and former leaders of the Central Party Office, leaders representing bureaus, departments, and enterprises under the Central Party Office, as well as representatives from various agencies and departments in Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc City. Noteworthy attendees included former company leaders across different periods, representatives of the company’s partners, and all An Phu Company Limited employees.

After captivating cultural performances that celebrated the company’s 35th anniversary and a documentary showcasing its construction and development journey, Mr. Pham Van Kien, the Chief Executive Officer of An Phu Company Limited, delivered a comprehensive overview of the company’s achievements over the past 35 years and outlined the development direction for the upcoming phase.

In recognition of An Phu Company Limited accomplishments, on behalf of the leadership of the Central Party Office, Mr. Dang Khanh Toan, Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office, presented a commendation flag to honor the outstanding performance and offered valuable guidance for the company’s activities.

After the 35th-anniversary celebration, An Phú Company organized the inauguration ceremony for Phase II of the Saigon Villas Hill Project located at 99 Le Van Viet Street, Tang Nhon Phu A Ward, Thu Đuc City.

The project, initiated for construction in 2015 and inaugurated its Phase I in June 2018, was successfully completed in December 2023. It comprises 82 villas, 8 commercial houses, an office space for the An Phu Đong branch, a flight training center, and various amenities such as a club, swimming pool, multipurpose sports field, gym, covering a total area of 13.5 hectares.

At the conclusion of the inauguration ceremony for the project, the company organized a Customer Conference to express gratitude to the partners and customers who have been connected and collaborated with the company throughout the past year.

This annual event serves as a platform for the company’s officials and employees to engage and network with customers from various countries around the world. On this occasion, the company’s leadership arranged a gift-giving ceremony to show appreciation to long-standing customers and conducted a lucky draw for prize winners.
